Thank you for contacting Alexa Budd / Dragonfly Healing and Wellness, LLC. For legal reasons, we must advise you that reiki session are for entertainment purposes only. All consultation sessions are for educational knowledge only. By requesting a reiki session and/or scheduling a consultation appointment with Alexa Budd, you understand and you agree that Alexa Budd is not practicing under her medical licensure but rather as a wellness consultant. Bioenergetic healthcare by Dragonfly Healing and Wellness LLC provides an opportunity to measure the energy or life force that flows through meridians of the body. Evaluation of the flow of this energy can give a window to the body's energy needs by identifying stressors, focal disturbances or other substances that impeded the flow of energy. The evaluation will include recommendations for homeopathic remedies, stress reduction methods, nutritional therapy and/or avoidance therapy designed to establish balance to the energy meridians. This evaluation is not a method of diagnosing nor are the suggested therapies designed to replace any medications being provided or recommended by a primary care practitioner. The attending energetic practitioner is not a medical doctor and does not pretend to be, but is a nutritional, wellness and energy consultant. 

Any information or advice given by Alexa Budd is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Sessions by Alexa Budd are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Alexa Budd and Dragonfly Healing and Wellness, LLC will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, emailed information, or as a result of any session or appointment with Alexa Budd, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. Also, please note: Any reference to the word "healer" is used in the spiritual sense as a shortened version of "energy healer" or "intuitive healer" or "intuitive wellness consultant" and does NOT mean a medical professional.

 

Event Policies

All Alexa Budd / Dragonfly Healing and Wellness, LLC events are intended for an adult audience. All audience members must be 18 years or older. People ages 15-18 are welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult. We suggest this because of the deep emotional work or subjects that may be covered which are not intended for a younger audience. All purchases are final and non refundable.

Privacy
Dragonfly Healing and Wellness, LLC does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more information.

Refunds & Cancellations
If you have a customer service matter that needs to be discussed, please email buddalexa@yahoo.com. All purchases are final. All purchases are non-refundable.

Session Policies
All reiki sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. All consultation session will include recommendations for homeopathic remedies, stress reduction methods, nutritional therapy and/or avoidance therapy designed to establish balance to the energy meridians. Those participating within the session and/or consultation must be 18 years or older, unless requested by a parent. You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Alexa's availability based upon Pacific Standard Time zone in Washington. All sessions are via phone call or zoom. You are not permitted to record your session as you will be sent information we go over after the session. If you are late for the session Alexa will do her best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule. If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15 minutes of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Alexa Budd / Dragonfly Healing and Wellness, LLC cannot offer a refund at a later time. Dragonfly Healing and Wellness LLC follows a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. All sessions are non refundable. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice.

Usage of Zyto Technology

Per Zyto Privacy Policy: ZYTO collects and maintains only the information our clients actively provide to us pursuant to entering into a contract for our services. We do not sell or share information with third parties. We are compliant with all US and EU laws regarding data privacy and data protection.

Zyto is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, you information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.
